My own desert scenario
1-Cube
It’s a skeletal outline of a cube made up of marching occasionally fragmenting multicolored changing pixels. About as wide as a football pitch and tall as a castle for the most part but also changing in size in a kind of slow pulsing or beating way., its hovering on an axis point like a cube just tipped slightly to a side, swirling anti clockwise with size changing in said slow pulsing way small to significantly larger. From a distance at first it looks a bit like it wants to be a diamond. Beneath it is a sandpit/Oasis that changes its appearance from a desolate sandpit filled only with beastly skulls and bones, to a small oasis with strange mutated animals drinking at the mostly pinkish water (however hard it is to tell the waters color due to the reflections cast by hovering cube pixels)
2-Ladder
There is a ladder made of ones and zeros also in marching flux of the ladder shape and it changes from side to side of the cube sometimes vertical strait down from the edge of the cube sometimes stretching more out to the edge of the sandpit/oasis from the cubes edge again. On occasion the ladder will pass in contact with said mutant animals and for a minute or two will change to a solid clear purple frame perhaps glass or plastic of sorts, however its hard to make out.
3-Horse
A horse wearing full outdoor Runners clothing and sometimes up on two legs is running to a far edge of the desert out of eyesight then back taking four times around the sandpit/Oasis and cube then to the other side, then it repeats the process both towards myself and back in the alternate direction towards the distant sun. On approach I can hear mild rap music backing beats coming from its tightly secured runners earphones and it's own slightly obscure attempts at what seems to me personalized lyrics.
4-Flowers
To the right of me just a few meters are some tall grown blue watercolor washed snapdragons just about hip high perceived from my 6,2 sight line of about 3 miles or less of desert sand terrain from flower tops to where the sandpit looks to begin its dip and cubes lines cast shadows . to the left of me directly opposite snapdragons are some Red acrylic paint spattered Tulips seemingly lower in height. The Plants are 2 dimensional or somewhat paper like yet its as if all around them as far as they act are also part of a canvas, thus paint spatters and partially painted petals are frozen in place just near. Every time the horse comes my way it jumps the flowers causing more frozen in place paint marks and petals to disperse slightly before sticking in the air.the jump must be about a yard an half on landing the jump I'm just barley missed by the horse.
5-Storm
In the very center of the cube is a storm that is changing its identifying aspects with each full turn of the cube. Some turns will show thunder, lightning and rain some will show a storm on a raging sea with waves and storm clouds taking shapes that form monstrous figures in war with one another. Some turns will include hurricanes and blizzards and images of disastrous destruction caused worldwide by them all, and some will not be earthly based but cosmic nebula's storms I can only imagine taking place at some distant vector of space.
Do your own..try not to let mine influence if you read it....go to above link after.
Imagine a desert, stretching out as far as your eyes can see. In this desert is a cube.
1. Your first task is to describe the cube. What does it look like? How large is it? What is it made of? Where exactly is it?
There are no right answers here, only your answers. Take a moment before you continue – the detail is important.
2. As you look at the desert and your cube, you notice there is also a ladder. Your second task (there are just five) is to describe the ladder. What is it made of? How big is it? Where is it, in relation to the cube?
3. Now imagine that in the scene there is a horse. (Yes, horse. I didn't say this desert made sense). Your third task: describe the horse. Most importantly: where is the horse, and what is it doing? Where, if anywhere, is it going?
4. We’re nearly there now. In the scene before you are flowers. Your penultimate task: describe the flowers. How many are there? What do they look like? Where are they, in relation to the horse, cube, ladder and sand?
5. Final question. In the desert there is a storm. Describe the storm. What type of storm is it? Is it near, or far? What direction is it headed? Does it affect the horse, flowers, cube or ladder?
